How to Make Three Ready to Go Pancake in a Jar Recipes

○1 cup pancake mix

○1 tablespoon flaxseed

○1 tablespoon chia seeds

○¾ cup buttermilk or milk

○1 large egg

○1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In a medium bowl, add the pancake mix, flaxseed, chis seeds, buttermilk, egg, and oil. Whisk until smooth. Add 5 Tablespoons of batter into a half pint jar. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook. ○ ½ teaspoons granulated sugar

○ ¼ teaspoon maple extract

○ 1 slice cooked bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces

○ 1 teaspoon light brown sugar

FOR THE BACON: Cut raw bacon into 1-inch pieces, cook until almost done, sprinkle brown sugar over bacon and finish cooking.   • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup buttermilk or milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

For the Peach Cobbler Pancakes:

  • 5 tablespoons pancake batter
  • ¼ cup (canned, frozen or fresh) peaches, diced
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Maple Bacon Pancakes:

  • 5 tablespoons pancake batter
  • ¼ teaspoon maple extract
  • bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar

For the Blueberry Lemon Pancakes:

  • 5 tablespoons pancake batter
  • ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

For the Pancake Batter:

  1. In a medium bowl add the pancake mix, flaxseed, chia seeds, buttermilk, egg and oil.
  2. Whisk until smooth.

  4. When ready, take off the cover (lid) and microwave 1 minute and 30 seconds on high.

For the Maple Bacon Pancakes:

  1. Cut raw bacon into 1-inch pieces, cook until almost done, sprinkle brown sugar over bacon pieces and finish cooking (about 15 seconds).
  2. In a small bowl combine, pancake batter, extract and bacon.
  3. Pour into a half pint jar, cover with the lid.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to cook.

For the Blueberry Lemon Pancakes:
